	Canadian Quebec Province Government Designed, developed and delivered an eLearning module of 12 minutes concerning the fonctionality of an Internet application based upon general content specifications (in French). 	Canadian Quebec Province Government Conversion of a 180 pages paper book into an eLearning application using Captivate. Most of static images where reconstructed as electronic onscreen animation. The application was then converted into an e-book (executable file) for Windows environments, capable of being opened by one computer with user and password authentication.
